Ramona

This is one of my all-time favorite waterfalls in the area. I carted out my tripod this year, but in the end, I think I prefer the photos I took last year with my camera balanced on rocks and logs. I certainly prefer hiking without my tripod.

I do like the angle on this one, but my lens was covered in spray from the falls (which I neglected to attach importance to at the time), and I don't like the fact that I know I can see the water-spotted effect in the image. Next time...
