Dogs' best Friend

The view for an average sized city-dog [I imagine].

100mm, f/7.1, 1/200, 500 ISO [Day 174/366]

I admit to searching for the most derelict appearing fire hydrant around.

"The Corey" looks to have a smiling face?

  1. I like the 2nd shot, but thinking about what made this hydrant so corroded gives me a bit of a sick feeling looking at these photos! Interesting "study" of a fire hydrant :)

  2. Ha Ha! I know what you mean, but the paint was just as bad in areas that I don't think most dogs could reach. I think the sun was a bigger culprit in the deterioration than the canines. I tried to stay away from the bottom as much as I could!
